Glenmuir F.C win three in a row with a 4-3 victory over Fane F.C.

After a quiet opening 45 minutes which saw the teams entering the break level at a goal a piece, Sean Kelleher giving Fane a 12 minute lead, which was cancelled out by a brillant Peter McStravick free kick, the game burst into life in the second period.

A brace of goals from Nathan Flynn between the 60th and 70th minutes put Fane 3-1 ahead and looking to cement second place behind leaders Redeemer, but a wonderful comeback by the Glens, started by a Liam McStavick strike in 70th minutes and Paddy Nicholson from the penalty spot, rammed home the rebound to draw the sides level at 3 a piece with 13 minutes to play. In the 90th minute Peter McStavick struck again to claim all 3 points for his side. This was the Glens third win on the trot while Fane were suffering a 3rd defeat in a run.
